The staff went above and beyond, particularly when they personally tracked down forgotten belongings and held them for us. The delicious Masala chips at dinner stood out as a highlight of our stay.

The breakfast was nice, the staff were courteous. Its prime, secluded location was a plus. Moreover, it's just next door to the central market, and shops for supplies.

The breakfast was particularly nice and we really enjoyed the restaurant where it was served. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and an air conditioning in our triple room were useful during stay. The hotel was in the secluded setting in the garden or at the front in a swing chair among the greenery.
Nothing it is perfect.

Clean hotel in a very nice boutique building just off Tanzania for almost a month, the restaurant and breakfast bar, and the airport. Bright room with a bed, especially helpful and very friendly staff. Good facilities in general, prime and nice location in pleasant surroundings. Besides, very convenient to Sakina supermarket.

The restaurant offered delicious meals.
I was very disappointed with our initial room. The lack of in-room safes made me very uneasy, as valuables need to be carried everywhere. The surrounding area of the hotel did not impress me, and overall, I felt the price was not justified for the experience we had.

The food was very nice, and the breakfast spread was a highlight! The hotel is perfect location near the golf course and Sheikh Amri Abeid Memorial Stadium. We'd highly recommend the comfortable rooms.
One downside was that the hot water in the showers was a bit inconsistent during peak times, but overall, we managed just fine.

The Tulia Boutique Hotel & Spa has a charming atmosphere with cute staff who are always smiling. I enjoyed the marbled floors and spacious rooms. They felt elegant and well-kept. I particularly appreciated the delicious meals at the hotel restaurant, even if the selection could have been better. Breakfast had a good variety, and the hot water was consistent, which I found comfortable after my excursions. I faced significant issues with my initial room which felt claustrophobic and lacked proper maintenance, like missing nightstands. Food service could be slow, resulting in longer waits. Lastly, the neighborhood around the hotel didn't impress me, and it felt somewhat unsafe. While the hotel experience had its bright spots, I wish for improvements in room quality and dining speed.

The pool area is relaxing, and the air-conditioned room offered a comfortable stay, with an adequate supply of hot water. Breakfast featured a good selection, but service started off slow and required reminders for items that were missing. The room itself was spacious but lacked personal touches, such as tea and coffee facilities, which would have enhanced the experience. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the basic room décor didn't quite meet expectations.
